Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the policies and procedures for collecting, using, and retaining data obtained from members and visitors ("Users") in connection with use of the pbpi.or.id domain and all subdomain sites ("the Site"). Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products provided by the Site.
Use of Personal Data
Your personal data is used and protected by Perkumpulan Besar Padel Indonesia ("PBPI") as the provider of www.pbpi.or.id in accordance with applicable laws and this privacy policy. PBPI collects User information for purposes including, among others:
- To verify Users who use the PBPI site;
- To ensure and provide a better site user interface;
- To collect Site User data;
- To fulfill PBPI's obligations in connection with cooperation with third parties;
- For research or site development so that PBPI can improve the site;
- To manage a competition, promotion, survey, market research, or other activity;
- To facilitate communication between Users and PBPI internal teams if there are issues related to the PBPI site;
- For publication, distribution, promotion, marketing, and further development of PBPI.
You must update or correct personal data periodically if there are changes or errors to ensure continuity and security of our site. You must provide information as requested by PBPI.
Disclosure of User personal data to third parties
PBPI will not transfer, sell, distribute, disclose, or lend your information and personal data to other third parties, except under the following conditions:
- PBPI may transfer personal data in whole or in large part to third parties in the event of corporate actions including but not limited to merger, consolidation, acquisition, or reorganization that causes a change in control or ownership of PBPI;
- If PBPI discloses such information to a party that has signed a confidentiality agreement with PBPI;
- If PBPI is required to disclose and/or share your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations under applicable laws;
- In order to enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PBPI, customers, or others, including but not limited to exchanging information and personal data with companies and organizations for the purpose of protecting PBPI and its Users including but not limited to fraud, financial loss, or other risk reduction;
- PBPI's cooperation with business partners or other third parties by providing access to personal data for parties working on and providing services for maintenance, development of the Site and other relevant services;
- PBPI may share non-personally identifiable information with the public and our partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or other relevant sites. PBPI may share publicly available information to show trends regarding general use of www.pbpi.or.id;
- PBPI may disclose to other third parties acting as service providers/vendors for PBPI to help us provide services to Users. Such service providers include customer service teams and payment transaction service providers;
- PBPI may share personal data information with other third parties to support PBPI's needs in enhancing and developing the interests of padel sport development;
- Advertisements appearing on the PBPI Site may be sent to Users by our partners, who may use cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize the User's computer each time they send online ads to collect non-personal data about the User or others using the User's computer or other devices. This means Users may see ads that are only relevant to them, and advertisers can deliver messages only to targets appropriate for their products. This improves the User experience and advertising effectiveness. We only provide information to third parties in aggregate form;
PBPI will always strive to protect personal data including when we provide personal data to other third parties. However, in no case can PBPI guarantee the use and management of personal data by third parties, which remains entirely the responsibility of the third party. Users hereby agree to release PBPI from any misuse of personal data by third parties.
Withdrawal of consent and deletion of personal data
You may withdraw consent for the use of personal data from the Site by submitting such a request to the Site administrator. All personal data still in our systems will continue to be used in accordance with this privacy policy. Upon withdrawal of consent and request for deletion of personal data, the following may occur:
- PBPI may not be able to provide services to you, or you may not be able to access the Site.
- PBPI may not use personal data after withdrawal of consent for the use of personal data, but we do not guarantee that personal data already provided by Users before such withdrawal will not be used.
You hereby agree that PBPI shall be released from liability for any loss, damage, or harm that may arise from such withdrawal of consent and deletion of your personal data on our Site. By using our Site, Users hereby agree to the Terms of Use of the Site with its provisions. These Terms of Use may be updated or amended, and such changes will be posted on this page.
Prohibited software and extensions
PBPI is committed to protecting all your personal data. To protect all data on the Site, we do not allow Users to use third-party software, including crawlers, bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions (also called "add-ons") that scrape data, change the appearance, or automate activities on the Site, including but not limited to the following prohibited activities:
- Developing, supporting, or using software, devices, scripts, robots, or other means and processes (including crawlers, browser plug-ins and add-ons, or other technologies) to scrape all data contained on the Site;
- Using bots or other automated methods to access all data, download data including but not limited to legal clinic articles, photos, videos, news, journal articles, legal analysis documents, regulations and decisions, along with all attached information and metadata;
- Replacing or modifying the appearance on the Site, including advertising material (such as by inserting elements or removing, covering, or blocking);
- Copying, using, disclosing, or distributing any information obtained directly or through third parties (e.g. search engines), without PBPI's consent;
- Deep-linking to the Site for any purpose without PBPI's consent.
Users who use tools for the above purposes violate the Terms of Use of the Site. PBPI reserves the right to restrict or close accounts and block IP addresses of Users who violate the Terms of Use of the Site without prior notice. To protect all our data, we regularly improve security systems to prevent the use of scrapers, automation, and other tools that misuse the Site.
Consent
By using our Site, Users hereby agree to the Terms of Use of the Site with its provisions. These Terms of Use may be updated or amended, and such changes will be posted on this page.
